Wheat, corn, oat and soybean futures fall on the CBOT; beef and pork prices mixed
CHICAGO (AP) - Grains futures traded lower Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery fell 7.75 cents to $8.2450 a bushel; May corn fell 0.50 cents to $7.2750 a bushel; May oats were down 2 cents to $3.88 a bushel; while soybeans for May delivery fell 4 cents to $14.10 a bushel.
Beef and pork traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
April live cattle edged up 0.02 cent to $1.1407 a pound; April feeder cattle gained 0.18 cent to $1.3200 a pound; April lean hogs fell 0.82 cent to 87.65 cents a pound; while March pork bellies were unchanged at $1.1650 a pound.
